Yaicha also has endometriosis, and chronic pelvic pain, and has worked with many other providers herself on her own pain management journey - including Surgical intervention, Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, Chinese medicine, Functional medicine, acupuncture, plant medicine, somatic healing, and so many more. In this course, she integrates her knowledge of pain medicine and psychology with somatic, breath, and energetic techniques she has learned as a reiki master and yoga instructor.
